Hi Sirs
MOSFETS reach 140°C at 4A out, so far from 12A target
LM5122 temperature is ok at 4A(80°C)
Load regulation and ripple is OK
MOSFET is taken at one of low side mosfets at 4A after gate resistor (directly at the gate)
I dont like gate waveform for ON transition
I tried 0,2,5 and 10 ohm for gate resistors and result is very similar
driver is just delivering 7.5V
ONSEMI is supporting on this but waiting for your reply
