We saw the CSD95373AQ5M datasheet 9.1.1 recommended schematic overview

C16 and R2 show DNP, if i add C16 and R2 could help for EOS issue?

if any suggestion. Please advise me.

    Hi Lawrence,

    C16 & R2 form a snubber circuit to slow down the dv/dt of the switch node. This usually reduces switch node ringing/overshoot & improves EMI performance. However, this circuit is often unnecessary, and reduces efficiency, so we recommend leaving it DNP unless a problem arises that requires populating it.
