I am not able to find the following information in the datasheet/application notess

whether

1. all Vout pins are internally connected or need to be connected externally.

2. all Vin pins are internally connected or need to be connected externally.

3 all PGND pins are internally connected or need to be connected externally.

3 all AGND pins are internally connected or need to be connected externally.

Please kindly clarify.

Hi Boggarapu,

These pins have separate bond wires to share the current, the should be all connected EXTERNALLY on PCB, no matter whether they are connected internally or not. It is also clearly mentioned this in the recommended layout as copied and pasted below for your convenience.
