BQ40Z80: IC supply current in SHUTDOWN mode

Part Number: BQ40Z80

Hi,

Based on the BQ40Z80 datasheet, the typical supply current is 1.4uA in SHUTDOWN when BAT voltage is 14.4V.

1) What is the IC supply current if the BAT voltage is 17.5V/21V/28V?

2) What are the min and max IC supply current if BAT voltage is 14.4V?

Please refer to the following table. Please help to provide the values of the IC supply current for different cases.

  IC Supply Current IN SHUTDOWN
BAT Voltage Min Typ Max
14.4V ? 1.4uA ?
17.5V ? ? ?
21V ? ? ?
28V ? ? ?

Thanks,

Kim

  • Hello Kim,

This is the data we collected when the device was characterized.

Note: This is across all temperatures from -40C to 105C
