BQ51050B: Charging 3.7V 800mA battery

The BQ51050B is designed for a li-ion battery with regulation voltage of 4.2V, it is fixed and cannot be changed. 

The BQ25171-Q1 or BQ25170 are more flexible and can possibly support your battery.

They can be combined with the BQ51013B wireless power receiver, see application note, SLUAAJ6.

Thanks for your replay. I just checked my battery Charging Voltage which is 4.2V and Nominal Voltage is 3.7V. The battery capacity 800mA and  BQ51050B Charge current is 1.5A is it ok to use 1.5A to charge the 800mA battery? if it is not can I change the charge current in BQ51050B to 800mA.

The spec indicates Charging Current is 165mA, this is a little low for the BQ51050B.  Recommended minimum charge current is 500mA with termination current of 120mA.  The issue is accuracy of the charge and termination at lower current.  Typical termination current is 10% to 20% of fast charge current.

Not sure the BQ51050B is a good fit for this battery.  What is your use case, need good life on this battery or short term lab demo?

Another option is wireless power receiver + Battey charger.  Take a look at TI Ref Design, TIDA-00318 and TI application note SLUAAJ6.
