Did you check the voltage at the BAT pin and is it being divided correctly?
By the way, we recommend the industrial rated version of the op-amp because your voltage divider output will be much more stable and accurate across a wider temperature range if you use it.

2)Can you send me a specification about the op-amp? Using a op-amp to comprise the voltage divider, Is there any methode to prevent the output voltage from oscillation. Now the coupling capacitance is far away from the op-amp. I add another capacitance on the op-amp basepin. Then the output voltage is stable...
