LM2663: Need thermal data

Query is not related to device availblity, we need data for thermal calcualtions. We have already shared the device status to customer.

I am aware of this application note & already referred but my queries is how many input paramters required for thermal calculations? Only Rtheta Ja suffice my requirement?

Application note is not explaining what are the inputs needed from datasheet to calculate the thermal behaviour. So my query is what are the inputs needed from datasheet according to application note for the thermal calculations?

you just need to calculate the losses which are generated within the device, which consists of

P1 = output current * R_Out (Max)

P2= Max. Supply Voltage * Supply Current (Max)

P = P1 + P2

Customer is asking for the thermal resistance(Theta JC) , can you share?

Application note you have shared is of no use & what is the message it is giving; there is no clarity at all.

Thanks for the update.
LM2663 is a rather old part, so our documentation on the thermal information requested is rather limited.
The only information we have from the datasheet are the thermal operation limits and junction-to-ambient thermal resistance.

This data seem to be already provided to the customer.
Based on this data and the calculated power losses, they should be able to get more insights on the thermal performance of the device in their design.
