TLC59281: Configuring the Driver

Hello,

We have been working on getting the TLC59281 LED Driver to work on a new design. Based on the waveforms in the datasheet, we believe that the code is written correctly, but none of the LED’s are turning on.

Could you please take a look at the oscilloscope capture below of our board and let me know if anything looks incorrect?

Hi Keith,

I am not sure the label of your waveform but I think your signals aren't correct. Please refer the below waveform to generate you code.

Hello Jared,

I'm sorry I forgot to provide the waveform labels. Here they are:

Channel 1 (yellow): LAT

Channel 2 (green): BLANK

Channel 3 (blue): SCLK

Channel 4 (pink): SIN/MOSI

Hi Keith,

Firstly, your clock signal is not continuous and I am not sure what effect this will have.

Secondly, I suggest your LAT, BLANK, SIN signals follow the rules of the waveform I have attached.
