I'm trying to use TPS613221ADBVR with a battery with changing voltage level to get 3.3v as output. Wiring according to the datasheet (p1 and p11). Not getting 3.3v output. Instead, V measured on sw pin is about 0.7v even when battery has above 2.4v. Output is also 0.7v. What am I doing wrong?
