Do we have tps22919-q1 curve of On-resistance vs load current? Vin=3.3V System load current=400mA

Sorry, the TPS22919-Q1 only has Ron data for Iload = -200mA.

Hi TI Expert,

Thanks for your reply, and do you have tps22919-q1 curve of On-resistance vs load current,I just find the On-Resistance vs Junction Temperature curve at -200mA load on the datasheet.

BTW, could you please help to share the calculation of tps22919-q1 timing,like raise timing,fall timing.

Hi Daocheng Wang,

Unfortunately, we don't have testing data of Ron vs Iload.

For rise/fall timing, please see Sections 6.6, 9.2.2.1, and 9.2.2.2 of the data sheet - do those sections answer your question?
