My customer designed a board as below.

* AP <-- I2C --> USB PD Controller(TPS25750) <-- I2C --> EEPROM

Q1. Please tell us how to write controller configuration values to EEPROM.
Q2. When EEPROM is not used, please tell us how to load the configuration value to the controller.

The TPS257XX-Q1-GUI Configuration Guide provides detailed information regarding programming of the PD controller.

Q1) Is the configuration guide document you shared equally applicable to the TPS25750?

Q2) Is EVM board necessary for EEPROM writing?

Q1. Yes the document is applicable to the family of TPS257X PD controllers.

Q2. No, you could you any i2c controller to allow you to interface with the EEPROM. In this we used an aardvark i2c interface for writing to the EEPROM.
