Hello Expert,
i am facing serious issue with LM5146-Q1 in DC DC Buck converter during ESD test .
Device failing at contact discharge for 8KV and in Air discharge test for 10 KV,
The RC test network R=330Ohm, C= 330 pF.
We observe in both test LM5146-Q1 failing, the VCC voltage dropping to 5V from initial 7.5V.
After replacing LM5146-Q1 the same board functions normal.
Need immediate feedback and possible cause with remedy.
