    Hello David,

    This BQ79600 has a BIST for checking the integrity of the comparators on CVDD, DVDD and AVDDREF. If you want to get some more specifics about the BIST, check the datasheet. What kind of BIST are you wanting to implement and for what application?

    Hi Quentin,

    Thanks for your feedback. Besides the  checking the integrity of the comparators on CVDD, DVDD and AVDDREF, what other BIST does 79600 support?

    For example, the GROUND , Bandgap and thermal shutdown.

    Hello Huang,
    For the BIST, that is all that is monitored, but check the datasheet for the other references as they are monitored by other components.

    For example, thermal shutdown is monitored by the device. It measures the die temperature and will trigger a fault when the device goes into thermal shutdown.
