I have designed it for
Vin=Lithium battery 7.4 V (6V-8.4V).
Vout=12V -2.5 AMP.
En pin- Boost turn off at around 6 volts -1.9V at EN pin and turn ON at 2.4 volt at enable pin that would be around 7.4 V or battery,Please verify.
Also please check the values for Com pins.

The parameters look all ok except the calculated output target is 12.5V.

Can you please also let me know how can we check if the comp values are okay when powering up the circuit,what changes can it do if wrong values are chosen?
Have you also reviewed the EN pin cut at 6 V and start at 7.4 V.

For the comp values, you can check the bode plot.
For a good design, you can find a cross frequency as high as it can reach. The phase margin should above 60 degree and gain margin above 10dB (absolute value).
You can change the parameters in calculation tool to see how they change.
For a powered-up circuit, you can use a loop tester to have a test, to check if the real circuit is just as design.
When it is found that the system is not stable or the dynamic is bad (slow response or high overshoot), that means you should adjust the comp values.
The EN pin voltage is within range and is ok.
