I have used TPS3704-Q1 voltage supervisor for monitoring the 5V buck regulator. I want to set the over voltage threshold as 6V and lower voltage threshold as 4.8V. is this possible with this part. if yes. please let me know how i can design.

Since the TPS3704 has a fixed window tolerance, designing an asymmetric window would be tough. Do you happen to have the part number of the TPS3704-Q1 that you want to use?
For a simple solution I would recommend utilizing a TPS37-Q1, https://www.ti.com/product/TPS37-Q1. This device has an independent Overvoltage sense pin as well as a Undervoltage sense pin. This device also has a programmable sense delay, for glitch immunity, as well as programmable reset delay. With the adjustable variant, TPS37A010122DSKRQ1. Below is an example schematic for this application.
