TPS563203EVM: Double pulse problem

Part Number: TPS563203EVM
I wanted to observe the inductor current, so I lifted the inductor up and connected it to a Dupont wire, and found that when the oscilloscope probe was in some positions, abnormal double pulse waveforms would appear. I am curious about this problem, as shown in the figure below.

But this problem doesn't appear after I change the line. At the same time, this problem also exists in the TPS56C230. If I use the remote feedback to access the feedback from the load, there will be such a double pulse problem, but it will disappear if I change it to the near-end feedback. In summary, I am curious why the double pulse phenomenon occurs? Is it a loop stability issue? Or is it some other reason?
