BQ25601: BQ25601 charge query

The customer design with BQ25601, the problem is when the battery voltage is between 3V-3.6V, the current will temporarily decrease from 3A to 1.5A (Vin=5V-9V, Icharg=3A)

Does it normal?

What is SYS_MIN (REG01[3:1]) setting? If change SYS_MIN to 2.6V, does the behavior still happen?

The SYS_MIN voltage is changed to 2.8V, and the problem of current drop has not been reproduced.

Why is it normal to set the current to 2.8V? What's the harm in setting it to 2.8V?
