Hi Teams,

For ucc53xx series, do we have 8v UVLO with Miller Clamp? Seem 8V version is always with split output.

    Hi Hugh,

    You are right. The rest of the UCC53XX devices have a 12V UVLO. What switch are you driving? Are you sure you can't use Vgs >13V? 

    Alternatively, you can use a smaller Rg_off with the split output version, which will help with sinking Miller charge injection.
