Hello,
I'm planing to use bq25040 in my project but I want to use it as a standalone device without any host microcontroller. Is it possible in some way to automatically terminate charge of the battery in this case? I have an idea to connect CHG pin to EN/SET. Will it work? Or may be it is not bad to leave battery under 4,2 Volts for a long time, so it doesn't need to terminate charge at all?
