TPS2660: Inquiry of the pin information

Part Number: TPS2660

I saw TPS26600RHFR has 16 pins on it.

1,2 pins are designated as IN

15,16 pins are designated as OUT

I don't know whether the input pins are each of independent pins or not.(IN = IN or IN1 != IN2 ?)

Same inquiry for output pins.
