LMR43620-Q1: Switching Frequency

To check the switching frequency of the LMR43620Q1, I used a probe between C65 and L9 in the picture below.

There is something strange about the switching frequency.
There is some distortion on the rising edge of the square waveform as shown in the figure.

I would like to know if this switching frequency was captured correctly, and I would like to know why the rising edge is distorted.
Is this a normal switching waveform?
