TPS542A52: Query on the PGND and AGND for TPS54824RNV & TPS542A52

1) For IC TPS542A52 the recommended layout given in the datasheet is as shown below, here the AGND and PGND is been connected using a plain, Is it okay to use one OE resistor instead of the plain and connect the PGND and AGND on the other side of the IC as shown in the layout reference.

2) Same for the TPS54824RNV in the recommendation the PGND and AGND are been connected through a single point far from the Inductor, Is it okay to use an OE resistor to connect the PGND and AGND as shown in the layout reference.

Use you can use a net tie as shown in the drawing or a 0 ohm resistor.

Is it okay to use the 0E on the opposite side of the IC TPS542A52 for connecting the PGND and AGND.
. Would there be any issue due to the transition from the bottom to the top through a Via?

It is okay but the preferred method would be using a net tie on same pcb layer. I would suggestion using the TPS543A26. It is a smaller 16A device
