customer is considering BQ27427 for a new design.
There are no other BGA packages on the baord and customer would like to keep the layout and manufacturing as simple as possible.
Do you have any info on what technology is needed to have a 9-pin BGA package on the board (HDI PCB, ...).

thank you for the input!
Customer wants to avoid min track width and spacing less than 0.125 mm because the PCB cost.
They checked with their PCB CAD software, that they can route this single GND track connecting B2 and C1 pins using 0.13 mm track width and 0.14 mm clearance (settings marginally above 0.125 mm manufacturing threshold).
This provides the visual result shown below:
(The thin red lines around the pads show the 0.14 mm clearance border and the GND track connecting B2 and C1 has a width of 0.13 mm).
Do you think this layout will work?
