I have one board out of a lot of 6 that doesn't work. because this package is very small, so it is very hard to check the soldering. I checked Vout to Vin( I saw there is a diode), and also found a diode between Vout to GND. so I I know Vin and Vout and GND are connected. PG doesn't matter. for the EN pin, the data sheet says there is a 400Kohm connected to ground. can I measure this 400Kohm resistor by a multimeter to probe the EN and GND pin? assume this connected. how to check FB is connected or not? it is hard to measure a 22pF capacitor with regular multimeter. what happen is the SS/TR open?
