My customer is evaluating UCC21750-Q1 on their traction inverter project and kindly need your help on schematic review for them. UCC21750 schematic review for INVT.pdf

One more question is they would like to add RC on the gate to realize soft turn off, is that OK for the design?

Please find the schematic recommendations below to make the appropriate changes:

UCC21750 already has a soft turn off hence we would recommend using the R & C (optional) as suggested below:
