what would the BATFET do if the QON is still pulled up? Will the BATFET continue to turn on or turn off after a period of time?

Hi Nan,

On this device QON going from low to high turns on BATFET if it has previously been turned off. Keeping QON pulled high should not cause BATFET to turn back off. It should have no effect on BATFET.
