I place tps 60240 in the circuit to regulate /boost voltage when battery reach low level........But I am facing the problem .... My circuit consumption without this is 3 volts * 14mA =42 mW but when I use this it makes consumption.
3volt* 33mA= 99mW which is quite higher than actual consumption.... could u confirm why this is happening. is my chip is faulty or this booster add its own consumption.
I am using this to boost the voltage when battery drop voltage... but its own consumption is more than my whole circuit consumption ....i did not find consumption on load in data sheet....without load it using less than 1mA....that is ok in my circuit.
any suggestion
