Do you need Iout(max) to be 4.8mA? If so, you can set GS to be FFFF for each channel. MC ,DC value could be set as the MC, DC table.
Pls refer to Figure 8-3. Control Data Write Timing Diagram for DC, MC, BC, and FC:
MC data are updated when the same data are written twice with the write command data (96h). MCB2B to MCR0B data must be the same as MCB2A to MCR0A. You need to latch it twice.

Usually control data is sent at the beginning for initialization. GS data is sent to change brightness. Yes. No matter the device number.

You can send target GS data to 1st device and send GS data =0 to other devices.

Of course changing the on-time during a duty cycle will change the brightness... That's how PWM dimming works...

GSCLK needs to be at least 10M and enable ESPWM to get PWM>=20kHz.
