VIN=5V~35V, VOUT=12V, IOUT=1.5A max
Also the customer found the junction temp is much higher than expected when testing the proto board. What may be the cause?

The efficiency is about 87.9% at 5Vin, 12Vout, Iout=1.5A.
The efficiency is about 92.3% at 18Vin, 12Vout, Iout=1.5A.
The efficiency is about 85.8% at 36Vin, 12Vout, Iout=1.5A.
Do you have the schematic and layout of this project? Is the pcb 2layer or 4layer?
