BQ2980: Searching P2P solutions

I recommend taking a look at the BQ2970, which is a single cell protector with 0V charging.  I will link it here: BQ2970 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com.

The BQ2980 also has single cell protection with 0V charging, but it supports high-side FETs instead of low-side (like the BQ2970).  I will link that datasheet here: BQ298xyz Voltage, Current, Temperature Protectors with an Integrated High-Side NFET Driver for Fast/Flash Charging Single-Cell Li-Ion and Li-Polymer Batteries datasheet (Rev. J) (ti.com).

Also note that the BQ2980 supports a sense resistor, while the BQ2970 supports current measurements across the FETs.
