UCC23513: Turn on/off question

We had tested the UCC23513 of the input and output performance. We find the If current have slightly high at turning high, and has slightly ringing at turning off. The turning off ringing also cause the output voltage has the same ringing. May I consult you that is a problem or not? What is reason causing that?

    Hi Gary,

    These pictures are a little small to read. How are you measuring the blue CH2 IF input current? 

    It looks like these measurement are bandwidth limited, and this filters out the high frequency information from the waveform. It will be much more informative to have larger images with a higher bandwidth measurement.

    What is the test circuit? Is it possible that this is a Miller charge injection?
