Can we use Part TPS53667RTAT with four CSD95410RRBT? for Iout=136A and Vout=0.88V

Hello,

Yes that's a reasonable combination. The CSD95410 power stage is rated to 40A RMS, so four of them would have a combined max RMS of 160A.

Hello,

Is the 165A peak current or RMS? If it is 165A peak current & the RMS is lower, that is fine. If it is 165A RMS, that slightly exceeds datasheet specs.
