Hi,
I can see from the datasheet that there is flash memory in this device, at the very least. Are there also other memory types - SRAM, for example? For my application and customer, I need to know exactly the type and amount of all the memory in the device. Please provide a "Certificate of Volatility" for this device. This usually includes all the memory, how do write to it, and how to clear it, if it is clearable.
