LM61495RPHEVM: About the value of the feedback resistor

Part Number: LM61495RPHEVM

As figure below, for LM61495RPHR, since margin function request, the FB resistor should be lower to have flexible selection for margin-side resistor.

Therefore, we choose RFBT to 10kohm and RFBB to 2.49kohm. Do you have concern or some side effect for this value?

Besides, choosing this value on RFB, what is the recommend value for feedforward RC?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Alex

  • Hello Alex,

The feedback resistors load the circuit, so if the resistor values are lowered by one order of magnitude then the current loading should go up. There should be no issues using the 10kOhm top and 2.49kOhm bottom.

Also if you are going lower in the feedback resistor value, there is probably no need to Cff/Rff so that can be left as DNP.

    Regards,
