Hi,
Due to a possible noise issue related to poor layout, the customer would like to use feedback resistance values that are much lower than recommended to reduce the impedance on the FB trace, by 100x.
Can you verify that there will not be any negative consequences to the operation of the converter from using these low values? Specifically, for a 12V to 5V converter, Rlower=221 Ohms and Rupper=887 Ohms.
Question from the customer: "My main question to you is whether there is any start-up, stability, regulation issue or any other concern of this IC if we reduce these resistors by 10x or even more."
