USB-TO-GPIO2: .net Framework V2.0 error while installing driver

Part Number: USB-TO-GPIO2

My system is Windows 10 64 bit. As the USB driver has dependency on .net Framework v2.0, the installer is trying download it from Microsoft server. But several attempts to install show the error "The server returned status code 404."  Is there a way to resolve this error.

  • Hello Trushal,

Thanks for Posting this. Did you try it in another computer?

We never seen this issue in the past, I checking with our software expert if they know anything about this error. I will update you next on this. Monday is US holiday.

    Thanks

    Tahar

  • Hello Trushal,

Sorry for the delay in this, I checked internally if we faced issues like this in the past. Unfertunalty, we never seen this issue in the past.

feedback i got from our software team as:  A possible workaround (unverified) would be  to navigate to the Microsoft server and install the .net framework onto your computer. If the computer already has the framework installed it should not need to route to the Microsoft server for an install.

    Thanks!

    Tahar
