Hi Statham,

Your schematic looks good. The only comment I have is the devices will not be able to enter shutdown mode at any point since the TS2 pin will always be pulled down by the attached thermistor. If that's alright, then there's no issue.

Also, you can add a 10MOhm pull-down to VSS for the base of both Q16 and Q22.
