Hi Sir,
1. We use TPS43061 chip to design a dc-to-dc power, our input is 24Vdc, Output is 36V@3A, the schematic is the same TPS43060EVM-199. We use all the same components in our circuitry.
Now In our first assembly PCB, power output is always 24.5V@91mA without load on the Vout. EN is 2.8V, COMP is 2.0V, do you know what happen in our circuitry issue and how to fix it?
2. Our second assembly PCB, we detect main chip TPS43061 and two NMOS FET high temperature (70 C) for half hour operating output 36V@3A, do you have idea to reduce power chip and NMOS FET temperature?
