UCC28951: Request to check if specification is possible(3KW)

Hi

My coustomer is planning to design it with the following specifications.

-SPEC-

Input: DC 40V~80V

Output: 330V 9A(3KW)

They are thinking of phase shift full bridge(UCC28951), so please check if it's possible.

Or if there's a better way, let me know and let me know the IC

    Thank you for the query.

    Yes it should be possible to use UCC28951 for this application by choosing the correct transformer turns ratio for this step up application. 40-80V input voltage of 2:1 shou;d also be fine for this application. The closest design which we have is PMP6712 which might give you an idea of choosing the turns ratio.
