Hi team,

ULQ2003A and ULN2003A have different temperature ranges.
Some temperature-dependent SPECs are different, but the SPECs at room temperature(Ta = 25C) are the same.
Does this mean that they use the same Die and have different test SPEC?

Hi Kengo-san,

ULQ2003A and ULN2003A have different dies. The difference in specifications is due to the difference in operating temperatures of the two devices.

The other typ values are the same.
If the die is different for Automotive grade or commercial grade, can we assume that the internal circuit design is the same?
