I recommend LM5148/LM25148 for peak current mode control and LM5145 for voltage mode control.

Thanks for the suggestion....

We looking for the regulator which is having integrated switching MOSFET, whatever suggested two parts requires external MOSFET for Switching function.

Can you please suggest the part which is having interna MOSFET?

Hi,

Our highest current converter is LM61495, but it's 10A.

Can your load be separated to two parts so that you can use two LM61495? Otherwise, you have to use a controller.
