In the BQ79600_UART_Sample_Code:

It is written there in the sample code comment (bq79616.h, line no 33), that it is incomplete, does not work right now (in first screenshot), so please clarify this how it will work.
In this sample code TMS570LS1244 is used, for our application we are using TMS570LS0714. So, this code will work for it as well?
In this code Response_ frame is also used, can we get little more details regarding the same?

I will answer your questions, one by one.

You may disregard the comment about it being incomplete. The code is complete, the comment wasn't removed. If you have additional issues, you may contact us for debugging.
No, the sample code for TMS570LS1244 would not work for the use of TMS570LS0714. These are not the same devices, so you would have to modify the original sample code to work with the TMS570LS0714.
Response_frame is the amount of time for the BQ device to respond to a R/W command. In the code, this is stored in an array which will be used for storing the response frame from the BQ79600-Q1.

We are working with BQ79600-Q1 Evaluation module, in our application we don’t have TMS570 Evaluation board, so we connected 12V supply and 3.3 VIO to BQ79600 Evaluation Board, but it is not responding, can you please help regarding the same.

Hi Abhaya,

When you say it's not responding- do you mean you are unable to communicate with the GUI? Is the device not waking up/auto-addressing/etc? I would recommend also checking that the USB2ANY is flipped up in the correct position (keyside up, as described in the EVM User Guide). Can you please describe your setup further?

Firstly it is not waking up, the green led is not turning on. And we don’t have any USB 2 ANY connectors with us

In logic analyzer we checked, only from our TMS570 side we are getting Tx (which is connected to Rx pin of BQ79600) signals, but there is nothing on Rx pin (which is connected to Tx pin of BQ79600)

DVDD voltage is 0V when we made all the connections, and else all voltages are coming. please let me know the solution.
