USB-TO-GPIO2: Missing password for Fusion Digital Power Designer

Part Number: USB-TO-GPIO2
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ500212A

Hello,

We just purchased the TI USB-TO-GPIO2 and we’re using it to connect to the I2C bus of a wireless charger using the TI chipset bq500212a (as identified in the screenshot below).

However, I get this prompt for a password from the fusion digital power designer (see screenshot) and can't proceed.

A few years back we used the previous version USB-TO-GPIO (version 1, I assume) and connected to the same chipset. We have an email-thread with TI support from then that provided us with a password for the same situation. That password does not work for us now (unknown why) and we have unfortunately lost the USB-TO-GPIO, hence why we recently bought the USB-TO-GPIO2.

I was hoping there was another password to use this time. Please advice on what to do.
