Hello team,

My customer wants to use TPS65994AE without external FET because they only need 5V.

Without external FET, how should I connect VSYS, PA_GATE_VSYS and PA_GATE_VBUS?

Should I connect VSYS to VBUS, and connect PA_GATE_VSYS and PA_GATE_VBUS to GND?

Hi Kei,

Customer should leave the GATE pins (GATE_VSYS and GATE_VBUS) floating, connect VSYS to ground.

Can you elaborate who is the customer, what kind of project they're designing, and other PD requirements? Do keep in mind without VSYS TPS65994 can only operate in 5V Source mode.
