TPS61021A: Power Supply for GPRS Modules From LISOCL2 Battery

I design a PCB where we use the following packs: ER18505H+SPC1550 or ER26500H+SPC1550 (LiSOCl2 with supercapacitor SPC1550) with a GSM/GPRS Module:

The current consumption of the GSM/GPRS Module are:

The IC TPS61021A are the best choice for these purpose or are another ic that are better for this.
