TPS54J060: TPS54J060 calculate rating formula for Rboot?

0402 size resistor with a power rating of 1/16W (62.5mW) should be more than enough for Rboot.

We usually do not provide power dissipation calculation of Rboot because it is generally negligible (< 10mW) for TPS54J060.

Vplat is the Miller plateau voltage of the MOSFET.

For calculating the power rating of Rsnubber, you can estimate using the formula CV²f, where C is the Csnubber value, V is the maximum input voltage, and f is the switching frequency.

It is generally recommended to use a 0603 sizer or larger (e.g., 0805, etc.) for Rsnubber.
