Hello,
It's clear that reverse current should be avoided. However, is there some safe limit of reverse current, which can flow through the device during shutdown, without causing damage to the LDO?
Thank you in advance!

Hi Jaroslaw,
We recommend that no more than 5% of the rated current be allowed to flow as reverse current through the LDO. For the TPS7A3501, this means 50mA reverse current or less.
Thanks,
Stephen
