It looks the TPS3808 is to meet customer requirement but delay time.
In the E/C table, when CT=100pF the delay time is 1.75mS. Could we use less capacitor on CT pin to get the delay time <0.5mS? if so, what cap value on CT you suggested? thanks.

Unfortunately 100pF is the smallest capacitor that the device could recognize.
Though we have the newest version of this device the TPS3808E. This device does have the same limitation of 100pF but the 1.25ms is calculated from 130pF and a 100pF with this device gives you 1ms delay.
