Phase shift full bridge controller for lower Switching frequencies

Hello

Is there any phase shift full bridge controller that go down to Fsw 35kHZ?  We do not need dead time control or current sense but the VDD should be around 12 to 15V. 0 to 180deg phase shift with both legs 50% is what we need.
