Hi David,

1. 6in is the minimum layout length requirement?

2. I am not sure the "USB-C alt-mode requires the support of assignment C and E for 4 DP lanes. current design will not be type-c alt mode compliant" means.

Does it must need 4 lanes DP in alt-mode? Or how to connect 2 lanes DP signal to 1046 in alt-mode? Customer replies they just have 2 lanes DP.
